How it started I was in a popular clothing store chain when I spotted a tee shirt that said. “Breakfast, lunch, dinner” with images of a doughnut, a taco, and a slice of pizza. While I eat these foods, I didn’t eggsactly want to be sporting this shirt as a dietitian. It made me think, “What would I wear?” And then, the pun began!

What’s a food pun? A pun is a play on words. For example, my first pun was Peas romaine seeded- which can be translated to “Please remain seated”. This one is quite fun to wear on a plane!

In ‘knead’ of food-themed gifts for friends, family, colleagues, students, interns, or YOURSELF? This is what olive to do. I’d love to design a pun for your specific food brand or cause.

Lettuce Beet Hunger “takes a bite” out of food insecurity. A portion of each food pun purchase (10%) supports programs that provide food and/or nutrition education in the Cincinnati area such as La Soupe Cincinnati and Home | Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen and Social Center.

Most items are printed on demand and shipped from a US printer. Cards are printed locally and shipped from me. Available designs may vary.

Payment: Apple Pay, Stripe or PayPal are available through a secure portal. If you’d like to pay another way, message me and we’ll make it happen. Your company can be invoiced for large/bulk orders, and a check may be sent.
