Chicken soft tacos

As part of "One chicken, 5 meals" using chicken cooked in a crock pot, chicken tacos were on my list as a family favorite. You can also use grilled chicken or boiled chicken for that matter.If you’ve never used soft corn tortillas for tacos, now’s the time. Lower in calories, fat and overall ingredients than flour tortillas, corn tortillas provide a healthy, gluten-free option to your menu. To boost fiber content, add shredded cabbage, chopped cucumbers or fresh tomatoes. Lean ground beef or black beans may be used in place of chicken or added to the menu for more variety. Ole’!Ingredients2 cups cooked chicken, shredded1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. dried oregano1 tsp. cumin½ tsp. seasoned salt1 cup prepared salsa8 corn tortillas½ cup shredded cheddar cheese½ cucumber, choppedDirectionsIn a small bowl, place chicken, garlic powder, oregano, cumin and seasoned salt together and blend well.Place 2 Tbsp. chicken in a corn tortilla.
