- Educators, healthcare providers and parents have been telling children that eating breakfast will make them better students. Well now there are studies that show that breakfast eaters perform at almost one grade level higher than those who skip breakfast.
- Have you lost weight only to put it back on?  The research found that maintaining weight loss can be as simple as eating breakfast. Studies found that adults who eat breakfast feel fuller all day, making calorie-control easier.
