Try our tasty Southwest Wraps in your or your child's next lunch for a fun new twist on the turkey sandwich.Ingredients:1/2 lb Deli Southwestern Turkey or Buffalo Chicken*5 whole wheat tortillas, 6"-7" diameter4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 package of fresh spinach4 ounces shredded cheddar or taco cheesePreparation:Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise and chili powder. Spread 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Evenly layer each tortilla with spinach leaves, sliced turkey or chicken and shredded cheese. Tightly roll up each tortilla and cover with plastic wrap or place it in a plastic bag.
