I’m Lisa, a Cincinnati-based registered dietitian nutritionist (AKA Nutrigirl) who translates complicated nutrition science into consumer-friendly ‘sound bites’ through freelance writing, cooking demonstrations, media work, and nutrition counseling.

I’m Lisa, a Cincinnati dietitian/nutritionist who loves food, health, and people. My career started at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center as a clinical dietitian, and gradually moved from illness to wellness. 
I sift through complicated science and take a holistic approach to help you meet your health and wellness goals. One size does not fit all when it comes to your diet and health.

As a seasoned dietitian, I enjoy teaching, counseling, cooking, presenting, and freelance writing. Food is my muse.
