Spinach Yogurt Dip

Happy Holidays! Your friends will never know you made this traditional holiday dip with yogurt (unless you tell them). Greek yogurt has a tart taste similar to sour cream, but instead of fat and calories, you'll be getting calcium, protein, B vitamins and vitamins A and D! Greek yogurt is higher in protein and lower in sugar than traditional yogurt and has a fuller, creamer texture. Add chopped carrots to boost fiber and beta-carotene content and garnish as desired.Ingredients1 box frozen spinach, thawed and “squeezed” to remove extra water2 cups non-fat, plain Greek style yogurt1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped1 cup light mayonnaise1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix3 green onions, choppedDirections:Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
