Sweet Potato Pear Salad
In place of those wickedly sweet candied yams that are served every year, try something new this holiday season. This delicious salad combines fresh (not canned) sweet potatoes and fresh pears in a sweet dressing made from honey and ground ginger. Celery, pecans and raisins add a great crunch and color. Put the marshmallows away and save them for hot chocolate another time! You won't be sorry.
